The faculty and staff at our school are dedicated to providing students a first-rate education in a safe and secure learning environment, where an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation is present among faculty, staff, students, and parents. Humphreys High School comprises grades 9 through 12 with approximately 800 students and a faculty and staff of over 60 educators. The school provides a general education curriculum much like any public high school in the United States, with college preparatory courses and various electives.
An outline of available classes will help incoming students choose a schedule that matches their needs and interests. Please understand that some advertised courses may not be available due to time or student number constraints.
By the end of SY 2025-26, HHS ELA goal; will see a 4% growth in the number of students who meet or exceed expectations in the area of problem-solving and data analysis as evidenced by the 2025 PSAT.
HHS will demonstrate growth of 5% of the overall number of students who will meet or exceed the performance expectations in the area of “expressing math reasoning” as measured by the 2025 PSAT.
By the end of SY 2024-2025, HHS will create a positive test culture resulting in students’ understanding of the reason for summative assessments, as well as active participation in the mandatory system-wide assessments.
Pacific West District will improve student achievement integrating the Pacific Powerful Practices: High Quality Instructional Practices (HQIP)-Secondary Core Instruction, Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS), Mentoring, Learning Walkthrough Tool, Focused Collaboration, Instructional Rounds.
